Why? If we had appointed Evans after Powell was sacked we would not be in such a mess now!
I understand he is not a nice person but nice people don’t always make the best managers.
Too many on here didn’t want Evans because of his reputation which in my opinion was wrong. He was the best man available at the time and we will live to regret not employing him.
