Storm Kiera

I thought January was bonus time in the insurance world?
Nah find out in March and get it in April, not that it'll be much, tough times at Lloyds. The US CAT season wasn't as bad this year and our exposure in the US if much larger than the UK so might be a little better. Got my fingers crossed.

Going off topic, but coronavirus has been given it's own CAT (catastrophe) code by Lloyds!

Have Southend United?

Storm Dennis coming up on the inside.

Ciara blew over two of my neighbours fence panels that were propped up on my side (I took them down when I had an outhouse removed) and held up by flimsy cable ties. Will the lazy cheapskate MF get them replaced? Unlikely and I won't pay for it.

If his two stupid yappy dogs get in my garden then they could be released into the wild via a back gate on a busy road.......

My Christmas tree which had been potted up after Christmas went over and the pot smashed so need to go out and buy a new pot and re-settle it again. That's all the damage we had.

Thanks. It's been said that light up many a room like the North Star.

And I wouldn't hurt the dogs because their owner is an arsehole. They deserve to be in a house where their properly looked after, rather than shut in all day and walked once in awhile then perhaps they'd stop their incessant yapping.

All the Beach Huts along Chalkwell beach (at the bottom of Chalkwell Avenue) have been washed away. I run along there and I'm sure there was about 10 down there...all gone.

Might try that with the wife and take her for a walk

I use to live in Grosvenor road but don't remember any beach huts down that end?
