what exactly are they doing to brisbane road?

ive seen the pictures on their official site. as well as knocking down two stands, it seems as though they have taken off the end blocks of the east stand (the one that has been partly allocated to us). it looks as though this is to make way for 2 blocks of flats and another 2 blocks on the west side. the west side stand being re built will only house around 2500 people as it doesnt reach the whole length of the pitch. the new north stand will only house 1200 fans.

I guess the idea is to just modernise the stadium, as some of it was an awful state. Can't see much point in Borient increasing their capacity when they can only fill Birdbrain Road by 1/3. I think their capacity will decrease overall when the development is finished. And yes, there is development on the corners, probably flats, to get Hearn more cash. Greedy tw*t.
