Dreadzone were on a second stage with Daisy Chainsaw or someone like that.
Looking back: 1994 carnival that celebrated the defeat of the BNP

I love Ray Purchase.
Wasn't the most inspiring tbh. The 2,000's one in Victoria Park had an amazing full brass version of 'Ghost Town' led by Jerry Dammers and Poly Styrene did a song and her voice sounded amazing. Think they were both part of The Good, The Bad and The Queen set.History has not been kind to that lineup.
Watched the White Riot doc about the Rock Against Racism movement last night (recorded from Sky Arts a while back). Really good, some shocking footage of our recent past - hard to believe that the NF were polling at almost 20% in some areas of London in the mid-1970s.
Any Zoners attend either of those first 2 London RAR carnivals?

Thought we had selected a film called This is Us on Amazon fire stick.
Really excellent first 45 minutes and then it ended and tee'd up S1 Ep2.
Must have had too much claret that night but now into S1 Ep7 and highly recommend
Only watched the 1st episode of the new series. What amazes me is Martin Kove (Kreese) is a couple of months shy of 75! Looks good for it!I Echo the sentiments on Kobra Kai.
Loving sensai Kreese's backstory
