That's good news, although I'll have to be up a 2:45 in the morning to watch it but that 's what happens when you live in Oz.

On the picture quality mine was constantly good for the whole game, just the crowd sound which was about a second behind the action. Would be good if they could match up the radio commentary to the vision. I'm just glad I can watch on me iPad.

Perth, Australia? Hmmmm.............maybe try turning your iPad upside down, that will probably do it on the sound front.

I'm in France at the moment. I follow is advertising as having the match live. Is this for audio commentary or to watch?

Would have to say that I also thought we would have access to full game 24 hours later, not just extended highlights amounting to 10 minutes or so. Shame, not much improvement for us UK based subscribers from the old Blues Player.

There was a time in the last couple of seasons we were getting full games as well. Never watched them myself though.

League games are live video, the Newport game isnt.

The full match is there, but you can only access it by going into the match report on the website and clicking the "Watch now" button. It's a particularly infuriating bit of design for me as, having given up on them ever deigning to answer email enquiries I called to seek, and received, an assurance on the phone that the matches could be watched spoiler free. Not only do you actually have to navigate through a page which has the score plastered on it, but the control bar on the video player has a timeline of all of the major incidents. It's as if the whole thing has been designed to prevent people experiencing the emotional trip of matches 'as live' the following day. It wasn't really a problem in relation to this past weekend, but I won't be at Rotherham this weekend and I'm pretty ****ed off that the assurance I was given is clearly false and that all attempts to raise it with them are just as likely to be ignored by their disgraceful customer service as the emails I sent three weeks ago which haven't yielded replies.

Could you get around it by getting someone to click on the buttons for you, does seem absurd to have to do so though.

That'd probably work, though you'd need to take care not to bring up the control bar as mentioned. I think I've also figured out a workaround of sorts involving having the match page loaded in a browser window before the game, dragging that window off the right hand side of the screen until only the left-most bit shows and then hitting F5 to refresh, if that makes sense (the "Watch now" button is on the left and you can use F on the keyboard to fullscreen). Idiotic to force people to do such things though, and a show of contempt to be giving false assurances and ignoring paying customers.

Couldn't listen to the Blackburn game as my old blues player login didn't work (even though the email I received said it would). Resetting the password doesn't ever send an email to me and I can't make a new account because that email is already in use!

Of course I then sent them an email about the issue and received no reply other than an automated message saying they'd get back to me 'soon'. Terrible service. Currently no way for me to listen to games.

Have your paid for the new service through the iFollow page on the club website?. Blues Player was superseded by iFollow. I even had to remove my Blues Player App from iPad.

Can't believe people are moaning...you have the chance to watch Southend live from another country the whole season for £110...cheaper than a couple of rounds in London with ya pals.

If you don't like it. Get ya teletext on and watch the scores roll around...

I came from working on Saturday and naively believed I could watch the match in replay! When I was trying to investigate this possibility, the score jumped out at me, so not even the chance of scrolling down CP's texts, to provide some kind of excitement. Thanks for the advice concerning the full match, I'll be interested to see at what time it was posted.

I can't make the game tonight. For those who have listened in the UK so far, does the listening live stuff appear just before kick off? so far I have videos available and that so I assume it is actually working

You're welcome. The matches are made available at 12 noon the following day, FYI.

The ability to watch match replays spoiler-free is a pretty basic and fundamental feature for a service like this.

I have just got this reply. Hope I get some response.
