Question Alex Revell

Paul, I'm convinced Swindon are paying ALL of Revs' wages and I don't think we're paying very much of O'Donovan's so yes, it IS a good bit of business. Don't forget it looks to have allowed us to get a BOGOF, cos it brought Bernie Friend in too so depends who you want to look on as the freeby! ;)

I'd rather have kept Revs and not had Friend and O'Donovan! Herd is as good as what I've seen of Friend (bar set pieces!) and like I say, Roy got dropped pretty quick and we've got plenty of cover up top anyway.

The whole thing is a bit of a farce.

If we'd have got a centre-back and a winger in, it wouldnt look so bad in my eyes. But we've replaced Revell with an inferior striker and continue to loan in left backs when we've got a good young kid that everyone wants to do well.

Weird.

I can't believe people want him back? He is a nice bloke but thats about it.. I would rather have Walker back than Rev's. I am sorry but it just hasn't worked out for him here. Get some money for him and get someone better in.

Nice bit of business we did there then - ship Revs out, get O'Donovan in who is dropped within a couple of games, scored one tap in from 30cm and generally done nowt.

Bet he is on comparable wages to Revs too (i.e. he is probably on 8-10k at Sunderland at least and we'll be paying a bit of that for sure?)

(not a dig at you Kay, I know you like Revs as much as a lot of us - more a confirmation of a stupid decision the club made in this whole mess).

Now watch O'Donovan get a hat-trick today. :D
