DEADPOOL 2022

Anyone tell us more .
I recall reading about it in The Guardian perhaps a day or two after.

It was the Roots Hall (2nd leg) game where we won 3-2 but lost the tie on away goals. It was only a snippet. Apparently, one of our fans tried to interrupt the commentator - I think it was Jonathan Pearce back then - and Terry Neil, JP's co-commentator, intervened swiftly to send him packing with a quick left and right.

This one is very sad, everything he did I enjoyed, from The Railway Children to Fawlty Towers to Dr Who to narrating the Wombles. When he turned up as the guest on Jackanory you always knew it was going to be a good week.
Good in the Carry ons too

One of my favourite ever singers, Judith Durham, the lead singer of The Seekers, has passed away aged 79.

My daughter is called Olivia, not in small part in tribute to ONJ. God Bless Sandy.
