I'm not getting too excited. Apparently it's inevitable that we'll lose today.
 
Why on earth was the commentator so quiet when we scored? Had to wait a moment until I realised that we had got a second. I've heard them more excited when the opposition have scored!
 
2-0! Does anyone else find it hard to cheer along with the BBC Essex Commentary as he says. "And err, its in the back of the net. Yes thats 2-0 to Southend." He gets more excited about his half time beverage!
 
I thought it was the Colchester commentator for a second as he got seriously unexcited. Wasn't even sure it went in for a mo, as Alliker normally goes bonkers.
 
Excellent, reckon Martin will be a top signing if given a proper run- why was he dropped on tuesday night?
