First people want a chairman who cares about what goes on on the pitch, someone who does give a chit about the footballing side of things, a fan like you and i...

however, the moment Ron has an opinion about a player, like any fan would, he should shut up....

I don't think it's appropriate that a Chairman has a pop at players (albeit loanees) when we're in a real hole and looking increasingly unlikely to stay up. We're meant to be Southend UNITED, Martin's comments are divisive. When players are not getting paid and then they hear about his 'opinions' on Malone & Vernon, please, tell me how that it helpful?!?
