I don't think that's an official PFA list....

Gower has another year on his Swansea contract.

It's not a list of those being released, just those available due to being out of contract.

Some very good players, the crop of good players on frees seems to increase each season. One player who might be worth looking at if Grant goes is Sean Mcallister. Released by Shrewsbury, a box to box midfielder who played under Luggy at Sheff Weds.

There are plenty of players out there but to be honest at this time I'd place my trust in Paul Sturrock's judgement on who he wants to bring in.

The PFA list is the official PFA list obviously, but Gower isn't on that. The guy I was replying to was talking about the list in the first post of this thread which Gower is listed on for some reason.

Well, they played well against us at Valley Parade ......... and after years of underperforming, I am expecting them to do a lot better next season.

Ouch. Signing for Bradford over us is a it of a kick in the teeth. Zander Diamond who I thought was alright has signed for Burton too.

Re: Gower, I put him on the list as I thought he had been released after the chatter in ex-shrimpers. Taken off now.

I've always quite liked Parkin, but got a slating for advocating his signing about 7/8 years ago, he's probably the wrong side of 30 and probably too Northern.
