    Question Post Brown management options...

You would surely think that old Ron must be looking at available managers, in light of the fact he must pull the trigger soon... If you were in RMs shoes who would you be touting? A lot of 'out of work' managers have a better win ratio than PB, whether we can afford their salaries, or meet...

    The World is Flat

Watched The Martian today and loved it, read the book which was a bit meh but the film far more entertaining. That led me to have a look at NASA's facebook page and all fascinating stuff about what they are doing to get to Mars. What I also found was bewildering though. There are a lot of...
  3. Brown and the changes

Those Brown shoes really didn't work with the suit Phil, credit for making the change at half time, think you should have brought in a stylist rather than Brian Horton :winking::smile:

    Work shoes.

What shoes do you wear to work? I work in an investment bank with a buisness casual dress code. I wear Clarks desert boots in brown leather. As well as being casual I find the crepe soles allow me to move around in silence ensuring the element of surprise is always with me.

    1) Coldest and 2) Wettest you have ever been at a SUFC game?

    1) Coldest Has to be MK dons away at the national hockey stadium. Was a naff day in general but topped off with the fact it was literally Siberian temperatures. We lost, there was no where to drink and I think this was as cold as the UK has ever been 2) Wettest Bristol Rovers away this...
  7. In The Good Old Days.

We are so lucky nowadays. When I were a wee lad (You could buy a car for a pound, and still have change for some shiny shoes), You had to travel in some dodgy looking coach that would often get attacked (Once had a brick smash through the window just glancing my bonce) at the away ground or...

    wearing trainers to/from work.

I have noticed that I am wearing out a lot if shoes walking between Fenchurch Street and Fleet Street. In order to reduce my expenses and save a few snakes/crocodiles I have started to wear a pair of Asics running shoes to/from work. What are peoples views on this?

Back after the summer recess in the City

UGG boots. FFS there should be a law against these being worn above 5C. What next ? Manbags ? Men wearing Alice bands. Fake orange tans ? Women wearing black suits with White shoes or flip flops? Nah, that won't happen.

Gents shoes - slip ons v lace ups.

What type of formal shoe do you go for? I am a 100% lace ups man because I think slip ons are just too used car dealer/Nick Berry as Simon Wicks circa 1986. In my opinion the only people that can pull off the slip on look are the likes of Tony and Junior Soprano.

My first go at internet banking!

I am not a dinosaur (my kids my think differently) but after changing banks I now have access to online banking. I no what you are all going to say..."I was doing all my accounts this way years ago, blah, blah blah" but truthfully I just never had the time or could be bothered and did not see...

    Eastbourne Views

Got my first pre-season for a few years under my belt today. Eastbourne is only 45 mins or so from home so I made the trip along with my daughter. My first thoughts were I was amazed by big the squad were in terms of height. There are some decent sized players out there which I am guessing must...

  16. NSFW Cybersex - You're doing it wrong (18+)

taken from b3ta: Online computer users often engage in what is affectionately known as "cybersex". Often the fantasies typed into keyboards and shared through Internet phone lines get pretty raunchy. However, as you'll see below, one of the two cyber-surfers in the following transcript of an...

Dear Ronald. Please help! I think we are sharing similar problems on a different scale but I am not coping as well as you seem to be with them. It’s getting me down but you come across as though you don’t have a worry in the world. How do you do it?Let me give you an introduction on my...

Ok, here's the second part to my review of the League One season. Apologies for the delay, have been busy this past week. Brighton Quite how Brighton finished as high as 13th should pay great testament to the work of Gus Poyet since his arrival. Having narrowly avoided the drop last time out...
