Well after 43 minutes of getting more and more p%&sed off, I've just had a 20 second conversation with someone to tell me that if I don't get them tomorrow I need to go to the ticket office and see them, and they will issue me with a paper ticket (wonder if they'll charge me £5)

One article on the website could solve all this waiting on telephones.

So really your gripe should be with the Royal Mail, for not delivering them?
