I have 12.9m in the bank and 2 masterful bowlers, 2 masterful bats, 1 exquisite bat with exceptional keeping...and that's it, trainees aside.

I cannot decide whether to spend the money, or sell the rest of the high-wage players and relegate in everything for the season. I wanted to buy young on the TM but I wouldn't get enough players for the 11m I'd have to spend, considering I want the 1.8m financial buffer.

At the moment we would probably go down in everything, so it isn't worth carrying 350k of wages either.

So the options are:

a) sell the lot, sit on the cash for a season (probably around 30m), relegate in all and bounce back next season
b) spend all cash on 2-3 young masterfuls but be lacking in either bat or ball, probably relegating in FC and OD
c) buy 3 old, cheap players (probably 2 x bat, 1 x bowl) and 2 younger players (therefore probably 2 x bowl), be competitive but still have a future issue of having old players with no resale value and a wage bill that I can break even with at best.

What option would you do in this position?

If there is another I haven't thought of, feel free to say too.
