If I was him I wouldn't bother making a statement. Bit unprofessional isn't it? If he came on here and posted loads of stuff. It would be very embarassing if he did so.
He has nothing to prove, he has done a good job at managing the finances whilst he has been here, he now has a new job, maybe he should concentrate on that, because he doesn't have to prove anything to anybody.

If it isn't 150k then I will offer you my appology. If it is; as RM says, then you Sir, should start to think about what you say to be true. Maybe your opinion on Brady will change.

There's the odd thing about football. How many chairmen or chief executives actually make money from their clubs? As far as SUFC is concerned the end game for Martin is to get to FF and ultimately his nest egg, doesn't appear this is going to happen any time soon.

You seem very quick to criticise but perhaps you will find out prior to the accounts if your assumptions are correct.

I'm saying I do want to know but I'd prefer it to not turn into a slagging match. I just have a big feeling that Tara is not bothered as to what he says. Which is why I'm adapting the CRINGE position in preparation!

I just don't want it to effect the team, which I don't think it will as I expect Sturrock to keep the side together and working hard.

RM says that Tara put in £150,000 in October 2010 and now requires that back. That says to me that he has put more in since then, but that isn't due back...yet...

What doesn't add up (not that SUFC's accounts ever do ) is if Tara had left or knew he was leaving over the last 3-4 weeks why all the transfer activity in January ? More to the point how has this been financed ?

I am concerned with the news of Tara's departure as he seemed to be doing a good job & Ron needs all the help he can get. I expect we will hear of a new CEO/investor in the near future. My real concern is not over the amount Ron/the club owe Tara but Soccer Stadium Limited that I understood he part/ half owned with Ron that would own/run the new stadium. Has that company been formed or any agreement been signed? If it has been then it could be a lot more messy than a repayment of money.

Considering his new company has got his profile up and running (albeit no photo) and he missed the meeting because of "business" in london he looks to have been there a couple of weeks.

now some guesses....

Rons disapointed because he has left pretty quickly
the 150k is only what has been lent since TB joined and not all that is owed (but RM does say its all that is owed)
TB has got the hump because the other money (+ "interest"), being the reason he joined , has not been forthcoming
