Stop treating overseas visitors unless they pay in advance.

I was thinking more of charging for use rather than privatise but you could say its the same thing.

If you drive your car around until the engine ceases up you have to pay for it but if you do the same for your own body then someone else has to pay.

If you wouldn't pay £100 for an ambulance then you don't need one.

Bad idea, if we charged for use people would feel ill but decide it's not bad enough to warrant wasting money on seeing a doctor for, and then it would turn out later on when it has gotten far worse that they should have investigated it. Any financial cost of seeing a doctor will put people off going.

Anything to avoid the truth. Your political myopia has killed people all over Europe and will continue to do so. Britain is on its highest state of alert in the run up to this Christmas. This week in Essex several Iranian men, including 2 from Shoebury have been found guilty of grooming and rape.

Well mrsblue I don't know enough facts to say it was a conspiracy. The man was on watch lists in Tunisia, Italia, France as well as Germany and had along list of crimes to his name. He had been reported by various people and the Germans couldn't act because although he was communicating with others on the watch list it was in code or they used their wife's phones. Of course it would be against people's human rights if you listened into these innocent wife's phone's.

Now here is the extremely worrying thing. If a man like Anis Amri is not considered dangerous enough to focus your security forces on. Then who are they watching and how many.

By the way you forgot that they found a driving license of an alleged hijacker of flight 93 as well as a brand new looking bandanna. But not one single piece of metal with a serial number on it.

I am not condoning going to A & E for the smallest of ailments but have you tried to get an appt at the doctors?

You ring at 8am and can't get through for 20 mins, when you do hey are full and told to ring tomorrow. Loop this for a week with no joy. Even getting through at 8.05 and there are no appointments. So you ask to book an appt in advance and you are told you can't. How on earth are there no appts at 8.05 if you can't book in advance? The NHS in general is a cluster ****

I'll tell you what is ridiculous: Israel, a country technically still at war with Syria, has been told by Netanyahu to open its borders and allow refugees in from Syria so they can receive medical attention. If any country should be wary of terrorism it's Israel, yet the country has, IMO, shamed the rest of us.
