Good point bazzashrimper I didn't think of this option. If i don't get my £80 back, rather than just swallowing it, I would argue next year that i am due a refund of £80.

Got to say as much as I sympathize, I don't agree with taking the club to court. However, everyone has their own angle on this, and will individually do what is right for them.

When I bought my ticket I didn't budget to get the £80 back, so I see it as when I get it it's a bonus. I see a difference if someone had taken £80 I felt I could not part with at that time. At one stage this summer I had doubts about whether I would get anything from the whole of the £380.

I would like it now, of course I would - and it's good to see some cheques on their way. Truth be told though, if I didn't get it by next April it's just £80 from next years ticket as I'd be sure to get it back then

I am not sure how many people renewed their season card, or how many are due the refund. But if we said that it is 2,500 then if everyone agreed I would be happy to contribute my £80 to the club giving it £200k .... provided its spent on players.
