I can't help thinking the person coming in - if there is someone coming in - will be someone we're not expecting and haven't talked about so far... that seems to be Sturrocks MO in the past. And that works for me... the worse we all think he is, the lower the expectation and he only has to be reasonable in order to pleasantly surprise us.

This is what I heard as well - the behind closed doors gane that was cancelled last week was against Watford and was going to be the chance for Luggy to have a look at some of their players.

So we have Britt, Tomlin, Corr, Harris, Eastwood & Benyon. Yeah I suppose we do need another striker. Waste of time, he will sit on the bench like that Peterborough player earlier in the season, Clarke-Harris or whatever his name was.

If this is true, then it could be Connor Smith? Was on loan at Wealdstone with Assombalonga earlier last season. Guessing it will only be a short term long, but wonder if this means we are trying to get Benyon out too.
