    Ched Evans

If he didn't sign for Sheffield and he was interested, would you sign him?
  2. We need a striker, would you accept Ched Evans?

Evans was released from clink this morning, so I feel it relevant and An interesting topic to discuss. If the club looked to sign him, or even gave him a trial, would you welcome it or be disgusted? Few points to consider... - Would you be happy/angry/indifferent to him representing & being...

    Football hunger games

If you could nominate 3 football related people to throw into the Hunger Games pit who would you choose ? All those entered have to fight each other to the death and there is only 1 victor. .....Sounds like Fun to me! :smiles: I nominate Sepp Blatter , Graham Westley & Steve Evans
  4. The Thursday Dilemma - Ched Evans

If all of the circumstances were the same, it just happened to be Southend who had employed him and Southend who now wanted him back and playing. Would you sign a petition against him? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-28769026 Background: More than 60,000 people have...
  5. Alma Mater, Slebs and you

Seeing as Mad Cyril obviously attended the New York school of Performing Arts, any famous people went to your schools/Uni? I get racist Joe O'Meara from S Club 7 and Shrimper John Cornwell (school), and actress Catherine Tyldesley (Eva, Corrie) from my Uni. I never met any of them. You?

East end tossers v Fat prick

So just to take our minds off the nerves surrounding our game on Saturday. Who on earth would you want to win out of Borient v Fat ****** Utd. As much as I hate the mere thought of that Fat Prick Evans, I just can not support the scum from Birdbrain road.
  7. Latest Rumours Kevan Hurst swap deal with a Rotherham player

From a very valuable source, apparently Steve Evans has inquired about Kevan Hurst and has offered a potential swap deal with another Rotherham player but PB is not keen on selling in January, Not surprised that he is grabbing attention though with the way he is playing:sad:

Would Teachers Get Away With It Nowadays

My daughter often asks me what my teachers were like when I was at school and like any good dad I try to make it humourous when describing what some of my old lot were like. The one that always jumps to mind was a Mr Evans, a PE teacher with a firery Welsh temper. Actually, he was a great person...

Paul Smith - 'his worse keeper eva' and other similar ramblings

A thread to redefine goalkeeping standards and stop agendas cluttering up match report threads with pages and pages of arguments about Southend's number one. Please sound off here rather than make every thread an argument about Smith.
  12. Mr Gobby and his Rotherham Allstars

Only downer on the week is that Evans mob have pushed us down a place:angry: just remembered though , we hammered them at their place !!

Evans - Cresswell is a good guy

So Cresswell isn't good enough for the Rotherham manager, but is a nice guy. Foolish really, Evans has essentially spurred on one of the most in form centre backs in L2 to raise his performance up a notch. Definitely worth a punt on Ryan as first goalscorer again...

Steve Evans - There Is A God

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19520436 Cheered me up no end - complete Stadium Ban as well, not just touchline:hilarious:
  15. Danny Schofield

Given all the speculation about who might be coming in and given our need for at least one new midfielder, I was wondering about Rotherham's Danny Schofield and maybe were we one of the clubs enquiring about a loan arrangement. "Rotherham boss Steve Evans has confirmed he has had two loan...

Sheff Utd 29 goal top scorer Ched Evans jailed for 5 years

Wow, surprising he can be found guilty and his mate not guilty of rape? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-17781842 First time I read this I thought the sentence was harsh, then second time I thought well maybe he done wrong but surely that makes his mate just as guilty? Don't suppose we can't...
